Briton P. Sparkman is an attorney at Chalos & Co, P.C. Mr. Sparkman’s practice covers civil and criminal litigation, with a focus on admiralty and maritime law, including contract disputes, maritime liens, maritime attachment, carriage of goods, vessel collisions, oil and hazardous material spills and discharges, and the criminal defense of ship owners, managers, and crewmembers. Mr. Sparkman has considerable experience assisting clients with MARPOL examinations and investigations, cases involving the Act to Prevent Pollution from Ships, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act.
