Hal is a former President of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and a partner in Chaffe McCall’s Houston office and  the Practice Area Coordinator for the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime section.  He focuses his practice on all areas of maritime law, with a special emphasis in marine and energy insurance law
