I am married with 3 children and currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have more than 20 years of experience in the risk management industry starting off as a commercial lines underwriter for Cincinnati Insurance Company. I have held various leadership roles in corporate risk management with a focus on managing insurance and claims in the logistics and food manufacturing industries. I am currently the Head of Risk Management for Dole plc. I have worked for Dole for 4 years and love being part of this fast-paced, multi-national company. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring the mountains and beaches close to Charlotte, and following my favorite sports teams from my hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio.
