Matias Bøe Olsen, Senior Executive, Underwriter and Decarbonisation Coordinator in Skuld. He heads up Skulds decarbonisation efforts and are responsible for Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance (PPMI) in Skuld. Furthermore, Matias, sits on the steering committee in Poseidon Principles on behalf of Skuld. He is Skuld’s representative in Green Shipping Program and Mærsk mc-kinney møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. He holds a Master of Science degree in Marine Technology, specializing in ship design and optimization. His core focus is on Skuld’s Scope 3 decarbonisation commitments and brings in an extensive overview of shipping efforts towards net-zero in 2050. Including regulations, energy transition, new technologies and risk.
