Born in Consett, Co. Durham, England, Paul is a highly experienced International Loss Adjuster, specialising in Marine and Engineering losses.

He is a recognised expert in Stock Throughput Losses and Project Cargo and has participated in various industry conferences.

With more than 40 years experience in claims handling, Paul has spent 28 years attending claims in North America, the Caribbean, Central and South America. He is now a Director of PHILA UK, the President of PHILA Central America & Caribbean Inc., and also the CEO of the PHILA Group.

Qualified FCII with the Chartered Insurance Institute, Paul is fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and has a good working knowledge of (Brazilian) Portuguese.
