Ralph Hale is Head of Engagement at Apollo Smart Follow, a standalone class pioneering augmented underwriting within Apollo. Smart Follow leads the development of innovative strategies that leverage technology to transform traditional processes, driving efficiency and customer-centric business models. Before joining Apollo, Ralph was a professional rugby player for 9 years at Saracens where he won 9 domestic and European titles, however Ralph’s first love is Physics in which he gained a 1st class degree from Kings College London.
