As the co-founder of Noria Group, Ronny Reppe has since 2014 been responsible for strategic development and new business in the company. Prior to Noria, Reppe served as the manager of an organisation that develops tailor-made software solutions for the insurance and finance markets. With more than 15 years of experience within business development and leading large technical teams, he is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between IT and financial industry competence and help clients optimise and renew their value chain end-to-end. Reppe holds a software development degree from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) in Norway and is the author of the e-book “The Insurance Industry 2025: A Digital Transformation Roadmap”.
