Susan is a veteran of Insurance IT implementing many technology solutions and business value propositions over her career.    She is new to the Ocean Marine industry, but looks forward to modernizing the technology platform as part of GAI’s Ocean Marine team.   We are eager to improve ease of doing business with Producers, Reinsurers and other partners while delivering new benefits to Insureds.   New insights into our data for analytics and automation is another benefit stream of modernization.   Looking forward to collaborating with everyone on that topic during the roundtable.
