Tom has a degree in classical literature from the University of Illinois and a JD from the John Marshall Law School.  He has been a marine insurance practitioner since 1975 with a focus on cargo and supply chain risks.  Since 2019 he has been with the Lockton Companies to assist transportation and logistics clients.
